Proximity to things is good. Precise location isn’t that great, considering the mess of that section of 14th street and the traffic noise is bad. Inside the units will probably be ok with decent glazing and views will be good. Sitting on balconies won’t be pleasant. I’m a few lots over from 14th and I can’t have a conversation in my yard.

Telus Sky is in one of the best locations imaginable, is an architectural masterpiece, among many other metrics better than this (including all bedrooms having windows, and all bathrooms having both a shower stall and a soaker tub [even in studio units]). They are incomparable.

Upon deeper investigation, I don't see anything wrong with the Telus Sky floor plans. Even in the 3 bedroom units, all have windows and are laid out well.

The exterior of Telus Sky is what ruins the units, clearly a building that was designed from the outside in. While the units are definitely better than this, it's the awkwardness and extreme price point that makes them a big fail. $4500 / month for an awkward 700 sqft unit is in no way a good deal lol.

I still don't see what's awkward about the units. But yes, $4500 a month anywhere is ridiculous.
