I can. The community association there is as nimby as any other, maybe worse.

That would be hella cool.
I’ve been to a couple of meetings and they were very much a nimby atmosphere. In the two meetings I went to there were I think five or six projects in total that were proposed and they were against all but one (The Anthem proposal for the old CBC site).
The community people speaking always started out the same way “I’m all for development, but”.
Some of the arguments against the projects were downright stupid.

I think what makes this project so likeable is the minimal spandrel and the floor to ceiling glass.

True. It looks good in pics, but looks better in person. The glass on Annex is very well done.
