I could probably put together a docket of 10,000 worse looking houses in Calgary alone but that would be more of a SSP thing.

6 if you include the black on the eaves. Truthfully though, I don't find it too busy More colors than the Torode building in Inglewood, but this looks less busy. The white, light gray and gray sorta look the same is probably why.
