Good to see! The scaffolding was always filled with garbage from people camping out in there when they decided to enclose it with promotional hoarding. Not sure why they thought that was a good idea...

Whoa - check out how the materials choices on the left match the building to the left and how the angle of the tower sorta matches the building on the right. Great attention to detail if this was on purpose. Makes it look like its transitioning between architecture styles down the block.
