I just walked by this yesterday and there appears to be new signage up mentioning a new application under review... DP2019-6395.
Does anyone know what's happening with this? Gravity's website still mentions Land Use and DP approval so I don't think it's been updated recently.

The new one is through Gravity, so maybe same design, but some changes?

I hope the changes are to the street level. The building looks cool, but has a terrible interaction with the street as is currently shown.
The new design has a similar street interaction. My guess is there are limited options with the street having a fair bit of slope.
