This library is making me pay more attention to the design of City Hall (which also has a pointy north end, also encloses a pedestrian walkway, also covers a c-train tunnel, is directly across the street and has similar massing).

beauty, probably the best city hall has ever looked, "almost" cool. back in the day would have loved to have a word with the folks that thought that thing was a good idea.
