Here are some more pics for the Dominion. There initial goal was to build an identical Radius but they're seeing if they can pull these towers off. A public engagement was already held in February and the concerns will be addressed and revised accordingly and presented again on may 22. Thankfully height is not one of the things on the list of revisions. If all goes well in the next engagement this one might very well happen.

Cool looking buildings. Who's the architect? Kind of looks like something Moda might do.

I assumed the towers were only conceptual, but if there's an architect already involved, maybe those are the design? If so I'm surprised they didn't do the LOC and DP concurrently.

Very cool, I wasn't really sure if it was office or residential until I saw that it was in Bridgeland. To me it projects more of a "business" aura. It's a cool looking project regardless and it will stand apart from the rest of Bridgeland in a good way. I'm looking forward to seeing it progress. :)

Great updates everyone.

Lifelong lurker here,

Architects are Urban-Agency via Copenhagen & Casola-Koppe via Calgary
I'm not surprised their from Scandanavia, given the coolness of the design.

Also, welcome aboard @ffrreennzzyy
A lot like the Telus Sky window pattern.

I don't know if Bjarke Ingles came first or if he's more representative of mainstream Danish design than I know, but I definitely keyed on the similarity too.

And welcome @ffrreennzzyy !

I'd love it if had a bit more of a business aura...ie a nice mix of live/work type spaces or some room reserved as character spaces for smaller studios and offices. And I'm not just saying that because I'm looking for something like that for my business!

I do see a WeWork mention in there, which is great.
