Not really a construction update per se, but this is my new view. we just moved offices back downtown again.

Good to see companies moving downtown. We need to get the high vacancy rate down so see more new projects proposed.

I think they did really good job on this tower. Follow through on decent materials, good plaza interaction with the train station and nice garden/stair area. All that being said I do miss ornamentation and the use of brick and stone for exterior materials. I know that time has passed but I just don't get the same feeling from the more sterile contemporary designs.

I much prefer the modern design and contemporary look. To each their own I suppose.

707 fifth is downtown all the time, you're just down here sometimes... lol
