So any word on when Lamb will be starting the Orchard ?

Someone had mentioned the sales were at 60% or 70%, but one thing I've seen over the past is that sales figures that come from the folks at the sales centre can be misleading.

It has it's flaws when you get close, but I really like the way it looks from different vantage points around the Beltline.

Fucks sake. hahaha! I remember back when it was revealed on SSP that this one would have a public art component, basically everyone was basically like "it's probably going to be stupid horses or some other type of cowboy nonsense," and voila!

Hi All,
The Orchard? Wasn't it put on Hold till so called Better Economic Times? With the Green Line Outside the Door Step as such I would expect Better Sales for the Project.
Wonder if the Dvlprs have the Smarts to know that.

It's been put on hold. As far as I know, it hasn't been kiboshed, so it could still come back if things pick up.

Yeah - I ghought they always buried the lines as blocks got developed.
