Looks great. My only concern is the sidewalk on Kensington Road looks pretty narrow. Tough to walk side by side with someone without having to dodge trees.

I walked by there last week. The sidewalk is actually not as narrow as the picture portrays it. I wish more sidewalks in Calgary had this type of tree placement, it creates a buffer from the road.

No...the original building is still there. It looks empty, so they must be going to start demo soon.

It looks like the new legion opened in June

They should be starting demo really soon, hopefully there's no asbestos in there, that slows things down considerably.
