There's an interesting interview in the Herald with the CEO of Co-op. He addresses some of the redevelopment plans. It sounds like there's a lot of negotiating left to do regarding the Brentwood and Dalhousie redevelopments, but that another one in Oakridge is more likely to progress sooner. The project is being called Oakridge Crossing. I snagged some renders from their site. Certainly not as flashy as the Brentwood proposal especially, but decent enough. Especially for the burbs. A rough count looks like 12 and 13 stories for the taller towers. Unsurprisingly, this is another project from the Quarry Bay partnership.
Here's what the site looks like on Maps. They plan according to the site will be to build the new building on the west end of the parking lot, then tear down the Eastern half of the main block and build new grocery store. Then in phase 3, tear down the old grocery store of the large condo block and finally the tower in the NE corner. I guess we'll see how it all goes down.
