Decent looking tower, not spectacular by any means but not bad either . Another 200 units for the beltline would be nice also.
According to Genco's website they are now saying Myriad will be 35 floors and 266 units.

I'm surprised they upped the number of floors, but if it's a rental building it doesn't surprise me. Rental is getting built even in the recession, there must be a good market for it.

It's a nice looking project. Not too flashy. Dignified is the word I'd use. I like that its colour palette is close to Park Point's as well. I think they'll look pretty good together.

Anyone have information on Myriad? There's been a pre-sale sign up at the location for so long, but seems like no movement on the project so far.

Interesting. It's a decent location. Hopefully whoever eventually picks it up (could take a while before that happens, but who knows) will build something even nicer

Would've loved to see this go up! It's a prime location. Currently, it's occupied by a run-down two-story building occupied by a few nice little businesses. However, the current sidewalk is total crap and the general area could see a vast improvement.

Park Central 2 is right across the street so once it is finished, we may see some activity. It also depends on whether Genco (assuming they still own the property) believes the condo market will come back. I don't think purpose rentals is where their focus is. Currently they are marketing a high end condo project in NW Calgary
