Three months after breaking ground, Greenview Developments' AVLI on Atlantic project has revealed its interior design scheme. Jerilyn Wright & Associates (JWA) has designed each of the 64 units with the understanding that the naturally lit spaces will change their appearance as the sun rises and sets. The colour palette has been chosen to work in tandem with this cycle, ensuring that the interiors are complementary to the time of day.
Living spaces for the seven-storey residential building in Inglewood have been designed so that virtually all furnishings are anchored to the wall and suspended above the floor, producing a more open and uncluttered area. Designed to be "fresh, functional and customizable," all residences in the building will feature high-gloss porcelain finishes, wood grain accents, chrome hardware, soft-closure drawers, integrated appliances, and bespoke storage options.
"A combination of Inglewood's eclectic essence and the view from the gorgeous glass walls, which is art itself, were my biggest influences for AVLI's interiors," said Jerilyn Wright, president of Jerilyn Wright and Associates. "AVLI is articulated and not the standard, it is a penetrating glass box. When complete and move-in ready AVLI will be a work of art inside and out."
AVLI's amenities package includes indoor and outdoor conveniences, including a large barbecue-equipped terrace and lounge areas. There's also an owner's amenity lounge inside for social events, plus a library and a guest suite for visitors staying overnight.
The Sturgess Architecture-designed building is currently over 70 percent sold out as shoring at the site progresses, with homes ranging in price from $350,000 to $1.5 million. Unique floor plans stretch from 545 square feet to 2,200 square feet in size. AVLI will also contain five retail units on the ground level offering up to 5,230 square feet of commercial space.
