Got 30cm at my place, definitely the biggest snowfall of the year so far. This march has seen nearly 3x the average with more on the way this weekend.

Looks like we had 68.4cm of snow in March, record was 70.3cm in 1998... Just missed out on the record. That should make for a green spring, hope the trend continues and we aren't on fire soon.

The good news is the eastern slopes and foothills are going to get most of the snow, so lots of river basins are getting a good top-up just before the melt really takes off.

Flowers and plants are just starting to poke out of the ground at my place, probably a few weeks away from the first flowers still.

Ok, who changed their tires this weekend!?! Another bout of winter headed our way this week.

Unless you're putting on summer slicks you should be able to change your tires Easter and Thanksgiving. That's when I open my garage for family.
