Both buildings or just the shorter one?
Right now it's only the shorter one, but they are planning to do the taller one in the near future. No exact timeline, but the guy told me he thought they would start on the taller one when the shorter one was getting close to completion.

I can’t remember the name of this project, but all the floors appear to be gutted and are back to building base.

I understand the economic constraints for these conversions is challenging, but woof. This has to be one of the more uninspiring residential spaces I've seen.

Even without economic constraints, and nice cladding materials, I think this would be a difficult building/envelope to make all that inviting as residential on the outside.
