I'm pretty sure nobody has said this before, but man do I wish this thing was taller. At the very least I wish it was in a more prominent position in the skyline.

It's the only thing that bothers me about the building. It's my favorite tower in the city, but you can only see it from certain angles.

Look at the bright side, at least it is right up against the largest park in the Central CBD. It will always be visible because that park will never go away. But yes, I also wish it was 372 meters tall instead of 124, that's for sure.

Hot damn, she's sexy.

A few or epics of this beauty now that the glass is done. A few more finishing touches around the crown and that's about it.

I wish the glass on Brookfield's crown had this type of treatment. Ie. similarly colored glass that extended all the way to the top...there's some distinction there, but not enough to be so jarring.

Brookfield did the clear glass because they didn't want any interference with the light feature they're installing.

Hi Group,

I Will B Most Interested to See What Happens to the Lot/Bldg Across the Street, That's Where the TV/Radio Stations Currently are Housed, the Old North Star Bldg.
There WAS to B Two Towers on the Site. A Depression Hit so the 2nd Tower was NEVER Built.

Tnx,
Operater.

Judging by the office market, there definitely won't be a new office tower there any time soon. Not that I mind, it would be nice to see a small retail plaza or something like that instead.
