The color under the balcony is a nice touch. Not sure whether they will light up at night or not 🤣
I find Bankview interesting in that for some reason Calgary decided here: "yeah totally cool to build on steep hills here with all sorts of building scales." Meanwhile almost every other slope in the city is unimaginable to build on and ended up often as some sort of dog park with huge setbacks from the slope. I get changing rules and development controls led to this outcome, but still funny how Bankview is "all in" to hill development and few others even touched it at all.

Leads to some quirky vistas and a ton of development creativity to accommodate the hills in the designs.

Of course Bankview still has a steep dog park, and has things like staircases (including right next to 1732 Bankview!) that maybe you wouldn't be able to put on a newly built street. South Calgary, Bridgeland and Crescent Heights have some of this, too.
