Seems like a waste of missed opportunity on this lot. Would’ve been a great location for a boutique hotel or condo/rental. A two story daycare seems ho-hum

The data comes from YYC wiki page. The foot note says the data came from OAG. Anyone have access to OAG to confirm any of this? All of these routes are quite interesting, if not some what odd to just plane dumb.
