Brava Developments' The Giordano, has been under construction for just over two months now, but this is the first time we've reported on its progress. Drilling and pile installation began back in early October and has since been moving at a good pace.

Recent photos show that not only has excavation been completed, but the foundation and underground parking work is well underway with part of the building already at grade.

Designed by Casola Koppe Architects, the 73 unit building is going up in the southwest neighborhood of Shaganappi, a neighborhood that is seeing many low rise multi-family projects either planned or under construction. The project has good vehicle access being situated along Bow Trail, and also good transit access being a block away the Shaganappi Point LRT Station. It's also within walking distance to Westbrook.
