Calgary's Trinity Hills development has been a busy place lately, with construction already underway on some of the pieces, that includes a multi-family residential project, a parking structure and some retail. Adding to current activity is a recent proposal from Wellings of Calgary for two new residential towers to be located in the northwest corner of the Trinity Hills development.

Designed by Toronto based Onespace Architecture + Interior Designers in Collaboration with S9 Architecture, the  project, also called Wellings of Calgary proposes two 14 floors towers and will host a total of 275 residential units. 154 units are slated for the south tower, and 121 units slated for the north tower. The towers will be just under the maximum allowed height of 50m. The proposed design is made up of a one level podium, and modern towers made up of vision glass, with accents of brown and gray spandrel glass.
