The Deville is a relatively new project that has flown under the radar for the most part. Rumblings of the project surfaced on the discussion forum about 6 months ago, but not a lot of has been known about the project and there has been little discussion about - until recently, when a tower crane was erected.

Recent Photos how that the project is well underway in its overall progress. With pile installation completed, and a large amount of excavation already finished, the development is well on its way.

Designed by Calgary based Gibbs Gage Architects, the project consists of three, 12 storey towers totaling 333 units, and will sit in the NW section of Quarry Park, a master planned community consisting of residential, office and retail in Calgary's southeast. Remington, the company behind this development, is no stranger to Quarry Park as they have done many of the other Quarry Park builds.

The master planned neighborhood of Quarry Park sits in close proximity of Deerfoot Trail, and close to proximity to Glenmore Trail as well. The neighborhood is one of the future stops for the planned Green line LRT, which is one of the reasons there has been so much activity in the area.

With the project in its early stages, Skyrisecities will continue to follow the project's  progress. For more information check our associated Database page and for photo updates and discussion, check out the associated Forum thread, and as always feel free to leave a comment below.
