Inglewood's Irvine has been a project that has progressed surely but slowly over the past year that it's been under construction. A month ago - a year after construction - the structure was just a little above grade, but lately the construction pace at Irvine has shifted gears. Five weeks later recent photos show the building already at 4 floors. The sudden ascent of the building is making Irvine known along Inglewood's 9th ave, as it rubs elbows with neighboring buildings.

Designed by NORR Architects, the 6 storey development will feature 60 homes in a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units. The main level will also contain 5 retail CRU's, something that will fit right into the Inglewood retail scene which  has been evolving rapidly in recent years. Aside from its own 5 retail bays, the Torode developed Irvine is located in the heart of Inglewood, and is within walking short distance of more than 30 restaurants and a large variety of retail.
