The first round of residents have now taken possession at Strategic Group's recently completed Marda in South Calgary. With construction wrapping over the summer, the site has been a hive of activity as residents move in to their new home.

While the retail has yet to fully fill out, signs of life abound, the show suite sign a reminder of just how fresh an addition Marda is to the community. Located along the 33 Ave SW corridor, Marda is well-situated for foot traffic, its residents to have easy access to local transit connections.

Up top, a whole new world awaits, one of elegant outdoor dining, and sweeping, panoramic views. Nicely appointed, and sporting a collection of new planters, the rooftop patio appears to be the perfect space to relax and entertain.

Designed by NORR Architects, the exterior of the project is notable for its stark colour scheme, and signature signage. Looking up to the rooftop deck, it is apparent that the design team did not stop at the facade, the on-trend space every bit the modern oasis its creators envisioned.
