Just less than month since our last update, and progress at Sarina Homes' COCO has been slow but steady as cladding work continues. Insulation work has been making its way across the face of the 5-storey structure, as more and more glass continues to appear.
Located directly along the 33 Ave SW corridor in Marda Loop, COCO will soon deliver upwards of 100 residents across its 76 units. Close thus to several shops, restaurants, and other local services, COCO will provide buyers with all of the essentials for urban living.
Built upon a concrete foundation, the otherwise timber-frame structure has been making slow but steady progress, with the rate of construction appearing to have calmed a little over the past few weeks.
Set to join a handful of other similar-sized projects in the region, COCO is part of the urban transformation that has come to define much of South Calgary.
SkyriseCalgary will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
