As the months continue to come and go, speculation as to the long-awaited completion date for The Concord has been heating up on our Forum. The project by Concord Pacific, Arthur Erikson, and Nick Milkovich Architects dates back to 2014, its status over the last several months having been seemingly stagnant despite an outward appearance of virtual completion.

Captured earlier this month (above), The Concord appears to be structurally complete. More than this, the addition of rooftop adornments, and what some have speculated to be lights and furnishings within some of the suites, has added fuel to the debate over when this project will debut.

Looking back to September, 2018 (above), it is clear that little has changed in terms of the structure's outward appearance. This being said, the most recent discussion on our Forum suggests that The Concord will not be ready until the spring. For the present, it seems we (and the dozens of buyers) must continue to be patient.

SkyriseCalgary will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Databasefile and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
