A month since we last checked in at AVLI on Atlantic in Inglewood, and progress has been moving steadily along. The 7-storey mid-rise residential block by Greenview Developments is now nearly topped off, its presence along 9 Ave SE really beginning to take shape.
AVLI on Atlantic will bring upwards of 100 new residents to the heart of Inglewood, to be spread across 64 units within the top five floors of the mixed-use structure. The bottom two floors will be dedicated to retail, fronting directly onto the bustling 9 Ave SE corridor.
Units will be split between one- and two-bedrooms, along with four live-work units - the latter to serve the creative, entrepreneurial spirit of the neighbourhood. Located in the heart of one of Calgary's oldest, most walkable neighbourhoods, AVLI on Atlantic will fit into the area very nicely.
Captured above in its urban context, AVLI on Atlantic fits well into its surroundings, the retail addition, live-work units, and 100 new neighbours, to inject Inglewood with a gentle boost of urbanity.
