Calgary's Beltline neighborhood has been on a growth spurt for 15 years, and doesn't show any signs of slowing down with the release of yet another proposal. Vancouver based Amble Ventures recently unveiled  their Yellowstone project, a residential tower to be located on the north side of 14th ave SW between 4th street and 5th street.

Designed by NORR Architects, the 20-storey tower will contain 205 residential units, with the building's exterior made up of glass and gray glass spandrel with yellow and white accents.

The new proposal is a sign that the apartment rental market is still strong in the Beltline, as this is one of two projects Amble Ventures is proposing in the area. The project will not feature any retail units, but will be close to the 4th street SW retail corridor as well as the Uptown 17 (17th Ave SW corridor).

SkyriseCalgary will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
