Coming soon to Kensington, at the nexus of Hillhurst and Sunnyside, Minto Group's The Annex (formerly Minto Sunnyside) will soon deliver 9 storeys of high-end residential living north of The Bow. Designed by Nyhoff Architecture, the 104-unit The Annex will seek LEED Certification, featuring a sustainable rooftop garden and terrace.

Having replaced a small row of old homes, the move to high-density living will help bring more people into the neighbourhood, adding to the pedestrian character of Kensington. The development is close to the footpaths of The Bow River, steps away from the Kensington Rd commercial corridor, and just a block south of the Sunnyside CTrain station.
