If the city hasn't already, they should rethink the transportation plan for 19th too, more than 80% of the width of this corridor is dedicated to cars, make some room for bikes and pedestrians. It's more efficient in terms of traffic volumes and better for the local businesses. Also plant some god damn trees with soil cells so they don't die in 2 seasons, it extends the life of the hardscape, and increases the property value.

If you can't tell I'm really tired of Canadian cities designing our streets for cars and not people.
 
The cladding on the top strip looks bad, I but I don't think it's finished yet. I've seen before on other projects where the metal panels look oil canned right after they are installed but get fixed.
