Yup definitely urban development. I haven't heard of anything in Quarry Park? Do you mean a a proposal by Quarry Bay in conjunction with CO-OP? There are 4 I think (Dalhousie, Brentwood, Oakridge, and 16th Ave NE)

No, it is a three tower residential project in Quarry Park, located to the south of the market. Here is the DP:

Remington Residential. I suspect it will sell the project after completion. It sold The Quarters rental project to Minto.

That parking lot is mostly emptry whenever I've gone past it. It'll be good to put it to good use.

The second hand info I got is:
-current construction activity with stabilize the bank of the canal
-first tower (not sure which one) will start construction right away, with ~2.5 years to completion
-schedules for other towers dependent on state of the economy

The sign mentioned a shared parkade, so I assume so.
