Didn't this one start construction after ALVI? If so, it's impressive how much further ahead it is now. It would be interesting to learn the reasons why.
The G.C. for South Bank is Clark Builders. The G.C for Avli is BMP who are smaller scale, and probably don't have the resources or expertise that Clark does. If I was buyer in Avli (sales started 3 years ago at least), I would not be happy with the progress.

This is such a great project - I'm a big fan of the townhouses off of the north-side too. This project is a great example of how to at least design for active facades (of course, execution of the design remains to be seen!) This the type of scale at which we should be developing our neighbourhood corridors.

I’m really looking forward to seeing the glass go up, in particular the glass at the west end of the building.
