It makes such a huge difference to have this building at the corner of an intersection. The Beltline has precious few intersections where all four corners have buildings, let alone substantial buildings. I think it's one of the main reasons why the Beltline still feels so desolate, despite its increasing population density.

So true. Way too many Parking lots and run down buildings scattered around. In situations like this I kind of support towers that are under 30 storeys to help fill all the lots quicker.
