This is really nice. I wish more of our main streets had buildings like this. This is similar in scale and design to a midrise in Amsterdam.

Love this. Good to see small lot, mid-block development this is what made sunnyside and mission the neighbourhoods they are today. What Land Use District is this under and what is the actual address? Curious to see if this is something that can be replicated elsewhere, or if it is connnected to 19+2.

I presume it is connected to 19+2's MU-1 district and will be a separate building but adjoined to the parkade and building systems of 19+2. I could be wrong. If not I am curious how they would meet the parking requirements if this is built on a single lot.

This is a word vomit post, but I like the proposal and am looking forward to more info.

It is not physically connected to 19+2 above ground. Unsure about the parkade, but if they didn't build it over to there already, I highly doubt it.

I'm really liking how 19th street is getting several small mixed use projects. This along with Brava's project across the street will really add to character of the street. Hopefully in 10 or 15 years 19th will be lined with these sort of small mixed use buildings!
