Small update, these are being marketed as "Guild". I have a suspicion that the pin on the map on their website isn't the actual precise location of the development, since that block was originally planned for higher density. Plans can change though; we'll see soon enough!

Updated the SRC map to the proper location. The DP refers to the project as University District Towns, but Crystal Creek's website refers to the project as Guild Townhomes at University District, so Guild it is.

They had a ground breaking ceremony yesterday, but no equipment on site when I walked by today.
