You don't see too many transfer slabs like this one.
It's covered in curtain wall anchor points. The residential slabs also appear to have them. Nice surprise.

Would be no different than the townhouses facing 11th and 12th, just a bit more traffic on 9th.
I wonder how long before we see some glass, the windows are the part I'm most nervous about as last I heard they were going with the mega cheap Starline...

When it comes to a one way street feeling like a freeway, 9th is the king of the hill, it's the last place I'd want to live alongside. Up higher might be fine, but down low it's an awful artery.

9th is pretty bad at that corner, I used to cross it every day to get to the LRT and it felt like 5 minutes of waiting only to get 20 seconds to cross.
9th is ugly. My least favorite roadway in the core.
