Also to note, it looks like they are holding off on the northern section of this project for the time being. This means that the 100 meter tower (the shortest one) is not being built at this time. At least that is how it appears currently, though there is still an excavator on site, so perhaps I'm wrong and they're just going slow on the northern part?

It's too early to call. They haven't started enclosing the open end of the underground parking structure and they have no dirt on site for backfilling. They need a place for staging right now. That can be moved over once the south side is built to grade allowing them to excavate the north side. It's the shortest tower. It can be built quicker than the other two.

Not really the end of the world if the north tower doesn't get built seeing as there are two other taller towers.

I’d be happy to sacrifice the third/fourth of all the triplet/quadruplet designs we have right now as long as the tallest gets built first. Come back later with a new design. We have enough Xerox buildings.

I’ll take the seconds because we need the residential density.

They are only building one tower during the first phase.
Glad we cleared that up :p Which one? I think I remember hearing definitively from someone that it was the 150-meter one going through first.

Perfect, exactly the info I had. That is great as well in that it will expand the skyline to the west pretty significantly, as it will be the only 150 meter-er west of Nexen, a distance of about 4 blocks.
