Are they going to install a pedestrian crossing at 16th Avenue? That crossing has has been including in variety of renderings and in the 8th Street Revitalization plan, curious if the development triggered one to be installed. Would be great for connectivity from Tomkins Park and another acknowledgement of how urban and pedestrian-centric this area really is.

UrbanWarrior posted a rendering a few pages back that looks nearly 95% accurate in terms of what to expect in terms of final signage based on what I have seen so far. The banners along the south face are going to feature CT brands instead of calling out CT.

Interior fit-out of the CT begins next week. Aiming to open a few weeks early, but all dependent on everything arriving on time.
 
This turned out to be quite an elegant tower. It is a pleasant surprise considering the tower was really an afterthought for me with respect to this development.
