So far it's pretty decent. I'm waiting to see how it looks when the retail is in and tghose trees are grown. It shoud look great.
 
This one is definitely a big win for Kensington. Given the renders, I don't think it could have turned out better.

Here's the latest update I did on this one, from November 2.

Other than the brick turning out a bit more yellow than the grey of the render, it's pretty much spot on. I'm not sure how well it will weather, but I'm quite fond of the exposed wood.
 
It was looking like the black doom of death for a while, but the wood accents really turned it around.
 
I was hoping the wood accents would be lighter, like they are in the rendering, but I'm down with it

This one turned out basically exactly as rendered, save for the brick pattern. Big win for Kensington for sure.

Agreed. A nice development overall. Anyone remember that old wooden house that used to take up that spot? What a change!
 
Great little development. Glad they swapped out the brick. The clean design gets lost at the entrance and the second floor awning that was original planned as office.
