Glad to hear the excavator is back and running. I was wondering why they would take the driller but leave the backhoe. Maybe they needed to do some maintenance on it.

This project, Alt, and Verve all should be completely around the same time and will provide some life to this part of the EV that's pretty quiet for awhile. Looking forward to seeing how it all looks once it's done
Agreed. The west side of EV has been getting busy, and 4th street SE is becoming a nice little corridor. There's also the building on 7th ave and 6th street that is getting converted.

With a little luck, INK will also be done around then. Has anything been happening with INK? They had a building permit a while ago.
They applied for a BP, but it hasn't been approved yet. The DP is still, pending release.

They've reached the point in sales where they could feasibly start construction, so at this point they're just waiting on permitting.

Just went past the site, saw the pile of debris and trucks going to the site to haul it away. Not a lot on the site to begin with, but what was there is being removed as I type this.
