Hi,
Could B Wrong so Correction might B in Order. Isn't that Station Considered to B T O D Potential? If so a Project that Size would not B really much of
Surprise to Me. Also if I'm Correct a lot of the Housing Stock is getting to Their Past Due Date, Leaving the Areas Ripe for Redevelopment. etc. Just my Own
Observations Really Based on All the New Infills I've Seen Between the Crow, Bow Trail and Richmond Road to the South and 37th to the West.
Tnx,
Operater,

Good. Design is decent but not quite at the level good enough to use the Giordano name in this town.

Isn't Brava taken though, at Westgate?

It is, I live in it :D

Shaganappi LRT Station really would be a great place to develop around. I know there's a few other interesting buildings planned for around there, so it's definitely got some solid potential. Very close to downtown too, and great public transit access.

Brava Developments is the builder. They changed their name from Canterra Custom Homes with a focus on multi-family projects. They were also the family owned company (Guistinis) who were behind the second incarnation of Steps in Bridgeland.
