a block from 1st st, a block from 4th st and still a pretty chill location. id live there.
Now the old pink house beside it looks so out of place. Time for a slim profile boutique building....one of those ones that gives Tokyo vibes

When did the house beside the pink house get torn down? Take all 3 of those sites and get some Batistella stuff going on there!

If this was just the brick portion and even a smaller part of the white portion I'd really like it. But the long white facade is just a bit too monotone for me and I dislike the black end cap. While I feel it's a great addition to 2nd St, it detracts from the 15 Ave streetscape.
