I was delivering equipment for the 59th and 69th floors just before Christmas. Storing the equipment on 13th floor while waiting for the upper floors to be finished. Still a ways to go even on floor 1.

You managed to make Hanover Place actually look cool. Quite difficult! haha

I absolutely love hanover place. (one angle of it atleast) It's quite a unique take on the ol "International style glass wall"

It's too bad that Hanover place wasn't rotated 90 degrees clockwise so that the glass façade (pictured above) faced the corner of Center and 6th Ave. Would provide a nice view from The Bow plaza.

Suspect you meant 49 and 59 floors

The delay on the top corner has to be something beyond envelope issues, they are likely installing equipment in there still as it is bare steel structure and nothing else from the look of it.
