Normal floor as in residential floor? Is it the two office floors to come? Or has someone leased both as an observation deck and we get a double (triple) height maybe??

Basically the last 2 floors from what I've been told are a lot higher than the office and residential floors, its going to require either pre made tables or scaffolding. On top of that I think they're going to be mechanical floors.
