Looks like the exterior envelope of Telus Sky is now officially complete. No more missing cladding on the east side.

What's up with some of the windows a third of the way up the building in that last shot? Maybe it's my OCD but they seem to stand out with some strong bold vertical lines for some reason.

I think it just looks like that because of the lighting.
