They are currently taking down the shed.
 
Someone had said that ITC was getting dropped, and the developer was going to manage the construction. Don't know if that's still on.
I reported that. It was a communication from ITC to suppliers/trades. I would say the delay in getting construction going is that the developer is trying to pull a construction crew together or looking for another general contractor.
 
hopefully its a catalyst for more development. the structure across the street form this has about as brutal a streetfront as you could find in the beltline.
1) not part of the Beltline.
2) Yeah, brutal. It was built in ~1982 (the DP approval was 1981) - I-2 General Light Industrial District
3) the project was a replacement data centre for Nova Gas Transmission, which runs most of the natural gas system in the provinces.
