This is my favorite midrise underway in the entire city right now. Thanks for those renders Patrick, I hadn't seen the first and third ones before. Very nice!

I passed by there the other day, but didn't get a pic. Looks much like UW's pic, except that those big re-bar slabs are now concrete. This'll be a cool little building.
 
Yeah I'm really looking forward to this one. Not only to fill a hole that's seemingly been there forever, but also to hopefully add a bit more design punch back to the area. The last few mid-rise projects in Bridgeland have been somewhat mediocre aesthetically.
 
This one is moving incredibly slowly.
