Cheap ass materials, but the overall color combo and placement isn't half bad.

Honestly I don’t know if I’ve ever hated the look of a project in this city more 
but that’s probably because of how beautiful the building was before

Nice to see this done, and some more housing added to the core of downtown, but man it still is sad to see the loss of that old cool façade.
