I went by the other day and was surprised about how large of a street presence this has.
It's awesome and hopefully spurs more development like it in that area west of 4th by the river.

Am i the only professional who finds this project so appalling ??! Look at the poor house beside it (i get that it'll likely get demolished...). I'm 100% not against densification but the scale of this building in the its context is absurd ! Ugh...

It's in Cliff Bungalow, a dense growing neighborhood near the city center. Don't worry, those homes will be demolished and replaced next. Then this building will fit right in and you won't have to worry about it looking out of context
