Looks like Sarina has purchased the lands the City was trying to sell and will build a couple of 6 storey buildings:

It does look like in the first phase they'll maintain the existing trees along Sarcee Road. That park in the parking lot is so pointless, they should just save their money.

To be fair, those are good for younger kids in little league. In May and June, at least in other neighbourhoods, basically every diamond is booked with something on weekdays from 5-8 PM.
 
Thanks, merged the two! All good. Unfortunately calgary.skrisecities.com and skyrisecities.com are two different environments, and they sort of work together, but it's a bit clunky. If a thread is created in skyrisecities.ca and has the 'Calgary |' in front, it will automatically add it to calgary.skyrisecities.ca. with the 'Calgary |' , I usually go in after and remove the 'Calgary |' but keeps it for the skyrisecities.com

The disconnect is when searching for projects in calgary.skyrisecities.com, they don't find the ones in syrisecities.com, unless the 'Calgary '| prefix has been removed. A little clunky, but it works :)

I should probably default to using calgary.skyrisecities.ca exclusively, I just still go to skyrisecities.com and do the multiple clicks. Apparently I have too much time on my hands...

No worries. skyrisecities.com login is actually better in some ways as you can peruse the other forums. I usually make that small change when I see a new thread and create a project page for it tied to that thread, but tied it to the incorrect thread by accident.
 
I'm confused by the cul-de-sac treatment of 34th Ave.
Is Carewest Sarcee getting an alternate road access?
 
Think the cul-de-sac is just a turnaround, the Carewest access looks to be in the same spot, now it will be a driveway just before the bulb.
