For the data fans out there, I checked back into this Dissemination Area over the 2006 and 2016 censuses. The DA remained consistent 3 blocks shaped like an "L" bordered on the west by 8th Street, South by 17th Ave, then zigged north on 6th Street, 15th ave, north of 7th street to 14th Ave, then over to 8th Street. Put another way, the DA is the block of where this project is on, the Montana Block, the Drake block.

2006: 123 ppl / ha; 12,300 ppl / km^2
Population: 726
Dwellings: 500

2016: 184 ppl / ha; 18,400 ppl / km^2
Population: 1,106
Dwellings: 808

This building can add 137 dwellings, or around 185 people (assuming a similar ppl / dwelling is maintained). Assuming - likely I think - no other parcels densify and the area isn't broken up:
2021: 218 ppl / ha; 21,800 ppl / km^2
Population: ,1,291
Dwellings: 945

No real conclusion, but thought it would pique some interest. Quite the load of density and growth this one little corner of the Beltline has and continues to absorb! Always neat to zoom in and out on the granularity when it comes to data: the Beltline continues to grow is the community-level story of the past decades, but where specifically also tells an interesting story as it's not uniform. This is intuitive, of course, but sometimes easy to forget when thinking on the community level.
